CDC of June in Theme "Modern Witch" - Black Cat Unit Officer Witch

The work in which I was participated the Character Design Challenge theme "Modern Witch".

My idea in the "Modern Witch" is the Police officer in the modern world where magic is commonly used. Not every civilian would be a good person, so there is a police officer unit called " The Black Cat Unit", the well-trained that will bring the criminal to justice.
